Orders will generally be processed within one to five (1 - 5) business days, but may take up to ten (14) business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Pre-order, backorder and made to order items will have an extended processing time, which is listed on the product description. These times are subject to change.
When purchasing items from us we try our best to find the best shipping option possible. Some times that option may be a flat shipping fee based on package size and/or weight. We will adjust listings based on what the best option is. This dose not include expedited options.

Once items leave our warehouse and the third party shipping provider (ex: UPS - USPS - FedEx ) have the package/packages we are no longer responsible for the item. If there is a lost package due to the third party shipping provider please use the contact us page to notify us immediately.
If you select "USPS Priority" 1, 2 or 3 day shipping, it does not guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services, but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.
