A: We do have a minimum of 24 items to be printed. but keep in mind that screen printing is less expensive in larger quantities. For multi color prints with multiple locations, the minimum starts at 36 pcs. Also depending on complexity of design and number of colors price will vary.
A: We do not have a minimum, but keep in mind that embroidery is less expensive in larger quantities. There is a digitizing setup fee on designs submitted. If you meet the minimum order requirements setup fee may be waved. If fee is paid it is only a ONE time fee per design and/or design size.
A: We do not have a minimum but depending on design complexity we may recommend other decoration process.
A: Yes, there is a 1-time artwork fee of $65.00 an hour. However, if you have your artwork in acceptable formats (Ai, eps, svg) we will wave that fee.
A: Turnaround time varies based on the size of the order, and how busy we are at certain times of year. Normal delivery is approximately 7-11 business days (M-F) on items once artwork is approved and deposit made. We do our very best to accommodate customers who need a rush order, and we will be up front about our capabilities at the time of the quote/order and any applicable fees.
A: No, most of the work is done in-house. However, on the occasion a customer has a need outside of our capability, we do have resources to still complete the job! Examples of this include DTG, sublimation, and promotional items.
Price is affected by quantity of items ordered, how many colors are in the design/print, how many locations (Front of shirt back of shit sleeve), style of apparel, brand of apparel, and any other add on's that your interested in ( Neck tags, Individial bagging).
